  Kenneth R. Schueler, President and CEO of KCD. Through close monitoring of regulatory updates, supervising adherence to compliance requirements, as well as financial operations and human resource issues, he oversees the operations of KCD with an involved and hands on style. Ken's 25 years in the securities industry is evident in his solution-oriented, creative approach to management. Prior to this position, he served as President of a successful broker/dealer for 9 years, growing the startup company to over 200 registered representatives. Ken has also been involved with trust and estate planning and previously was an air traffic controller for sixteen years. Ken holds the following securities registrations: Series 4, 6, 7, 24, 27, 63, and 65.
    Vicki Berger serves KCD as the Office Coordinator, Commissions Specialist, and oversees the workflow of direct business. As an accomplished multi-tasker, Vicki's problem-solving skills and cheerful assistance makes her a vital asset to our operation. Vicki has extensive experience in customer service, insurance agency business, and retail operations. She joined KCD in August 2005.
    Kathy Spiegel provides thorough and concise Licensing and Registration services for KCD and our representatives. Her efficient administrative skills and attention to detail are an asset to our team. Joining KCD in May 2006, Kathy brings 17 years experience in the securities brokerage industry. She holds the following securities registrations: Series 7, 63 and is currently studying for the Series 24.
    Catherine Shefchik supports our brokerage operations and coordinates the work flow of brokerage business, applying her problem-solving and organizational skills, gained from years of brokerage and financial operations experience, to each individual situation. Catherine has been with KCD since January 2007.
    Laurie Dellise coordinates our front office operations with impeccable customer service and administrative skills. Her friendly and professional manner helps set the tone for a positive experience for callers and visitors. Laurie's experience in business and customer service is evident in her speedy integration into our operations. She has been with KCD since May 2007.
